★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio fortemente! Ho portato ad aggiustare un telefono e mi è tornato dopo 3 giorni, nuovamente lesionato. Non sono reperibili per chiarimenti e soprattutto sono poco professionali. Non ci tornerò mai più e soprattutto spero che i loro atteggiamenti cambino, in quanto non si può rispondere ad un cliente che "i telefoni vanno a fortuna o capitano buoni o nient'altro". Incompetenti!
1) il telefono del mio fidanzato e' stato riparato perché non è stato in mano a voi ma direttamente presso l'azienda.
2) ad oggi non so che tipo di schermo sia stato montato sul mio telefono, dato che lw ricevuta è molto ambigua
3) sono passata 3 volte presso il vostro centro dato che mi avevate perfino scollegato il filo che collega la scheda madre all'impronta id (ho dovuto insistere 3 volte e solo allora avete ripreso il cellulare)
4) il finto buonismo di quando ho spiegato la situazione dimostra la vostra inefficienza! Un telefono che si rompe dopo 48h non è normale! Aggiungo che è arrivato già compromesso dopo la riparazione dello schermo!
Dovreste imparare ad accettare le critiche negative in quanto, nel mio caso, siete stati inefficienti, scorretti e alquanto presuntuosi! Tra l'altro ho chiamato 4 volte e mi attacca la segreteria!
