Avevo chiesto un sopralluogo ma molto onestamente mi è stato detto che il problema si poteva risolvere telefonicamente come e stato. Infatti mi sono state date le istruzioni per telefono e adesso è perfettamente funzionante. alla mia richiesta di Iban su cui effettuare un bonifico per la consulenza effettuata, mi é stato detto che non dovevo assolutamente niente e che rimanevano a totale disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Ho contattato la AC Sicurezza per la sostituzione di una vecchia serratura a doppia mappa, con una più sicura a profilo europeo con diversi meccanismi di protezione. Il titolare mi ha illustrato le varie componenti delle serrature e, dopo aver scelto insieme quella più adatta, ha provveduto al montaggio dopo pochi giorni. L'operazione è durata circa un paio d'ore e infine ha provveduto ad attivare l'assicurazione compresa nel prodotto.
