Io abito a 30 km.dalla ferramenta gli ho inviato una mail per chiedere se mi poteva riprodurre una chiave di cassaforte a muro perché in altre ferramenta ho trovato solo difficoltà. Il Sig. Ferruccio ha risposto rapidamente alla mia mail invitandomi ad andare a Salerno per provare....... Tengo a precisare che non solo la chiave é stata riprodotta alla perfezione ma il BRAVO SIG. FERRUCCIO mi ha detto di provarla prima e poi ripassare per pagarlo. Come si fa a non dare un 10 e lode a Ferruccio come Uomo e come professionista?????
