★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato uno smart watch in garanzia che non si accendeva più, ma non volevano ripararlo per dei graffietti di usura ho dovuto sollecitare la riparazione in garanzia tramite samsung, alla fine e stato sostituito dopo svariate chiamate.
 I brought a warranty smart watch that would not turn on anymore, but they did not want to repair it due to wear scratches I had to request warranty repair through samsung, in the end it was replaced after several calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo quasi 3 ore che sono uscito dal negozio sto ancora scaricando wathzapp.
Ho pagato 20 euro per un backup che non ho avuto.
Di norma quando si porta un telefono in riparazione il telefono anche se formattato dovrebbe avere tutti i dati sopra fino a un minuto prima di consegnarlo dovrebbe avere tutto come prima fin'anche l'archivio chiamate.
Io invece ho perso molti dati.
I dati sono quelli del backup di Google di 2 giorni fa
After almost 3 hours of leaving the shop, I am still downloading wathzapp.
I paid 20 euros for a backup that I didn't have.
Normally when you bring a phone for repair, even if formatted, the phone should have all the data up to one minute before delivering it should have everything as before even the call archive.
I, on the other hand, have lost a lot of data.
