★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibili e cortesi, io ho solo fatto mettere una pellicola protettiva sul cellulare, e fatto qualche reso Amazon, in quanto punto Dhl. Ribadisco la disponibilità e cortesia del personale.
Available and courteous, I only had a protective film put on the phone, and made some Amazon returns, as a Dhl point. I reiterate the availability and courtesy of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCOMPETENTI. Ho portato il telefono in assistenza perché non si accendeva più. Mi hanno fatto attendere 16 giorni rispondendo alle telefonate 1 volta si e 10 no per poi dirmi che era un problema alla scheda madre ma che non avevano capito cosa dovevano aggiustare e quindi me lo ridanno con un nulla di fatto. Porto il telefono da un altro tecnico che me lo ripara in 2 giorni perché era un pò ossidato quindi nessun problema irrisolvibile o di componenti.
INCOMPETENT. I took the phone in for service because it no longer turned on. They made me wait 16 days by answering calls once yes and 10 no and then tell me that it was a problem with the motherboard but that they did not understand what they had to fix and then they give it back to me with nothing. I take the phone to another technician who will fix it for me in 2 days because it was a little oxidized so no unsolvable problems or components.

High professionalism, very fast in carrying out the intervention. But I hope not to come back because it means that my daughter broke her cell phone again ??? ... joke. Highly recommended!

Non ho speso nulla il telefono funziona di nuovo. Da un’altra parte se ne sarebbero approfittati… grazie
Professional and honest staff I got a quote for the battery change of an iPhone (Very low price) instead I was informed that it was just a problem of dirt of the charging connectors. I have not spent anything the phone works again. On the other hand, they would have taken advantage of it ... thank you
