Da una settimana cercavo di venire a capo dei miei dubbi, rimbalzando tra numeri verdi, impiegati stranieri che a malapena parlano italiano e che hanno solo desiderio di chiudere le conversazioni ed INFINITE ATTESE. Pur non trattando la mia categoria professionale, e non potendo quindi acquisirmi come cliente, il Sig. Saccardi in soli 10 minuti mi ha illustrato con grandissima chiarezza ed a titolo assolutamente gratuito tutte le condizioni della polizza che ero interessato a stipulare e mi ha dato ottimi consigli su come gestire la cosa con il soggetto incaricato. Peccato solo non poter fare la polizza con lui. Almeno per ora... Although not dealing with my professional category, and therefore not being able to acquire me as a customer, in just 10 minutes Mr. Saccardi illustrated to me with great clarity and absolutely free of charge all the conditions of the policy that I was interested in stipulating and gave me excellent advice on how to manage it with the person in charge. Just a pity not to be able to make the policy with him. At least for now...
