Buono anche il servizio. I had eaten there several years ago only for lunch, dinner was a very pleasant surprise! Not at all banal menu and excellent cuisine. The service is also good.

Ambiente raffinato e ricercato ma al contempo accogliente e familiare. Tre sono le donne che ti accolgono, tre di origine partenopea con tutta la carica della passione tipica del sud. Lo Chef trasmette quella passione e i piatti trasudano di sapore e innovazione. Attenti ai particolari e alla presentazione, nulla è lasciato al caso. Al Tuga ci devi proprio andare. Tutto perfetto ? At the Tuga you have to go there on purpose .. You don't bump into it, you don't find it on the street even if it is easy to get there. But when you get there you are home. Refined and refined but at the same time welcoming and familiar environment. There are three women who welcome you, three of Neapolitan origin with all the charge of the passion typical of the south. The Chef conveys that passion and the dishes exude flavor and innovation. Attentive to details and presentation, nothing is left to chance. You really have to go to the Tuga. Everything perfect ?
F	Francesco Masi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto buono, bella atmosfera e ottimi antipasti (tartare di tonno e di gamberetti veramente buoni). Abbondante e asciutto il fritto misto e buonissime e giuste porzioni di filetti di spigola con patate. Unica pecca, a mio modesto avviso) il tegamino del pescatore; buono ma in fin dei conti una zuppetta di vongole e cozze con quattro fettine di pane, uno scampo medio e qualche pezzetto di totano o seppiolina per 25 euro mi è sembrata leggermente cara, ma è l'eccezione che conferma la regola. La prossima volta dirò di osare di più con il pesce. Piccola carta dei vini ma ben assortita e curata e con giusto ricarico (appena appena sopra la media). Gentilissima la titolare e il personale di sala. È comunque un posto che vale la pena di provare. Non me ne vogliano i gestori per qualche piccolissima critica volta, ripeto a mio modestissimo avviso, a migliorare il già eccellente ristorante. Very good, nice atmosphere and great starters (really good tuna and shrimp tartare). The mixed fried fish is abundant and dry and the right portions of sea bass fillets with potatoes are very good. The only flaw, in my humble opinion) the fisherman's pan; good but ultimately a clam and mussel soup with four slices of bread, a medium prawn and a few pieces of squid or cuttlefish for 25 euros seemed slightly expensive, but it is the exception that confirms the rule. Next time I will say to be more daring with fish. Small wine list but well-assorted and cared for and with the right markup (just slightly above average). The owner and the dining room staff are very kind. It is still a place worth a try. I do not want the managers for some very small criticism once, I repeat in my humble opinion, to improve the already excellent restaurant.

Un calice ( 1/4 di bicchiere ) di prosecco 7€... il riso di mare buonissimo ma porzione mignon 16 €... . il secondo tegamino con 2 crostacei alcune cozze e vongole e 3 fette di pane 25€... buonissimo non c'è che dire ma troppo caro.... I dolci buonissimi... mai mangiati così buoni.... Però lo consiglio vivamente.... Excellent quality .... Excellent service .... A little too expensive .... you can't charge a 0,65 CL 2,50 € bottle of water ... A glass (1/4 of a glass ) of prosecco € 7 ... the seafood rice very good but mignon portion € 16 .... the second pan with 2 crustaceans some mussels and clams and 3 slices of bread 25 € ... very good no doubt about it but too expensive .... Piatti davvero ottimi, e ricercati, con pesce freschissimo e ben cucinato. Buona lista dei vini. Prezzi nella norma per chi vuole mangiare pesce fresco a Firenze. Very special and welcoming location, friendly, precise, fast, informal and professional staff at the same time. Really excellent dishes, and refined, with fresh and well cooked fish. Good wine list. Normal prices for those who want to eat fresh fish in Florence.

Had the vongole after that, also amazing. Such a beautiful setting, lovely to see families sitting together and enjoying a nice dinner.
