★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo negozio perché mi sivera rotta la leva di chiusura del Bimby. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiarla e hanno contattato l'assistenza in mia presenza, che ha indicato un prezzo di circa € 17,00 per il pezzo. Ho chiesto se potessero sostituitlo loro e mi hsnno detto di sì senza sapermi tuttavia indicare il costo, ma lasciando inyendere che sarebbe stato modesto. Oggi mi hanno chiamata per il ritiro: € 65,00!!! Non sono nemmeno riuscita ad avere la specifica dell'intervento, ma solo lo scontrino (perché ho pagato con bancomat) con la dicitura "ricambi"....un rincaro del 400% mi pare francamente eccessivo!!!
I went to this shop because the Thermomix closing lever broke. I asked if it was possible to change it and they contacted the assistance in my presence, which indicated a price of about € 17.00 for the piece. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto il mio folletto e mi dicono che devo spendere 300 per la riparazione perche' tra le altre cose il motore va sostituito e mi viene subito offerta la sostituzione con un modello uguale per 299 euro.quando torno mi dicono ch eho capito male.l motore va bene, e' tutto il resto che va cambiato,uno su tutti il cavo di alimentazione quando ho portato il folletto il cavo funzionava bene(il cavo del folletto e' disinseribile),era sporco e lungo 7 metri.
quindi acquisto un cavo da 10 metri,ma voglio tenere quello vecchio.richiedo copia del preventivo,che ho pagato,e mi viene detto che non e' possibile,quindi viene riscritto a mano su un loro volantino.arrivo a casa,il cavo vecchio ha curve che non ha mai avuto,e' pulito,non funziona e si e' anche allungato,perche' ora e' diventato di 10 metri!
