Mi sono recata sul posto per un cambio medico, personale maleducato e arrogante, all'entrata l'uscere che giocava con il cellulare. Non hanno neanche voluto fare una fotocopia visto che non sapevo servisse in quanto al telefono non risponde mai nessuno, sono dovuta andare dal tabaccaio non vicinissimo con mia madre di 81 anni. Vergogna Hallucinated, no one ever answers the phone. Not even with an ongoing pandemic. A	Alessia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza Mia suocera si è recata presso il poliambulatorio analisi non sapendo si dovesse prenotare per il prelievo si è sentita dire che doveva prima prenotare anche se non c’era nessuno in fila …gentilmente ha chiesto di poter prenotare per il giorno successivo allora le è stato suggerito che magari vista la situazione tranquilla poteva provare chiedere di farlo direttamente… Dopo aver chiesto alla dottoressa le è stato concesso di eseguire le analisi e fin qui tutto bene… Purtroppo è incappata nel lavativo di turno che scocciato di dover fare il suo lavoro ha iniziato ad inveire contro mia suocera che mortificata gli faceva notare che vista la situazione le era stato concesso di poter fare le analisi ma lamentosi e le continuava a ripetere che l’Italia va in questo modo per le persone come lei… ma io mi chiedo come è possibile che un soggetto del genere non stia casa a riposarsi e lasci il posto a chi ha veramente voglia di lavorare e che abbia soprattutto un po’ più di educazione Bad experience My mother-in-law went to the analysis clinic not knowing you had to book for the sample and she was told that she had to book first even if there was no one in line ... she kindly asked to be able to book for the next day then it was suggested to her that maybe given the calm situation he could try to ask to do it directly ... R	Roberta “Roby” Camposarcone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso questa ASL e devo dire che c'è una CONCENTRAZIONE di maleducati ,scortesi e poco professionali, tutti i dipendenti compresi gli "individui"addetti alla sicurezza ( per modo di dire!!!!). Tutti nervosi e sgarbati alle 7.30 di mattina!!!! Neanche un " buongiorno "....chiedo....alla sera come ci arriveranno queste persone che non sanno stare al pubblico neanche in situazioni riguardanti la salute.....perché in questi posti non si viene certo per divertimento. I miei complimenti vanno però alla dottoressa che ha eseguito l'ecografia, molto gentile e preparata. Oltre l'attesa a causa di una telefonata personale del medico, che ci potrebbe stare, professionalità zero, empatia zero, totale inciviltà. Mi ha derisa e mi sono sentita umiliata come non succedeva da quando erro una ragazzina complessata. Mentre mi faceva l'ecografia (intravaginale) si è permesso di rispondere al telefono... Aspettava una telefonata da un perito... Veramente VERGOGNOSO... Spero sinceramente che qualcuno legga queste recensioni.. Magari pure per rispondergli come non sono stata capace io... Sto chiamando ripetutamente mattina e pomeriggio da diversi giorni, facendo chiamare anche altri membri della mia famiglia, ma non ti rispondono nemmeno a morire. Davvero non capisco che motivo c'è nell'avere un numero fisso a cui chiamare se poi non lavorano! Continuate così bravissimi I specify that I would like to put zero stars. Arrivo lì dovendo fare la revoca medico e non mi è stata fatta perchè il sistema era bloccato, nonostante ci son passata piu volte. Son tornata per prenorare una visita e mi è stato detto che non era possibile prenotarne fino mese successivo. Illusa ritorno per delle analisi specifiche ma non tutte le facevano. Sempre tutti stufati di vederti lì. Sostanzialmente non mi è stato mai risolto niente. Apart from phone calls without ever an answer.
