Nonostante ci sono 5 sportelli solo uno è adibito al cambio del medico di base e tra l’altro apre alle 10:30. Se avete la sfortuna di dover cambiare medico l’unica soluzione è prendersi un giorno di ferie per passarlo all’ASL di Frascati. Scandalosi! Bad experience! They have merged several municipalities in the same ASL and obviously now the queues are endless. Although there are 5 branches, only one is used for changing the general practitioner and, among other things, it opens at 10:30. If you have the misfortune of having to change doctors, the only solution is to take a day off to spend it at the Frascati ASL. Outrageous!

Ci hanno fatto passare dal retro per non far vedere lo scempio che hanno fatto. Sono rimasta scioccata vendendo mia nonna in lacrime. E alla fine mi sento anche dire “la prossima volta signora ci prendiamo un giorno di ferie solo per lei”.
