★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il funzionario in loco (una signora) dopo aver evaso quanto richiesto in un tempo davvero breve, si è accorta che avevo la tessera scaduta ed ha direttamente richiesto un duplicato, dandomene una fotocopia. Tempo totale: 3 minuti. Stupefacente.

Trovo scortese capisco file allo sportello ma dovrebbe essere una equità tra sportello e assistenza telefonica il mio punteggio e 0
