Ho aspettato 3 volte per 10 minuti, sentivo sotto le chiacchiere, ma nessuno mi ha mai calcolata. I called the vaccine office 3 times. 3 times without speaking to me they said "stay online please". I waited 3 times for 10 minutes, I was listening to chatter, but nobody ever calculated me.

Da quanto si dice l'ATS sarà delocalizzato all'interno della struttura dell'ospedale Maggiore di Crema quindi questo neo si dovrebbe appianare molto presto. Attualmente v'è un solo centralinista per tutto il bacino di utenti quindi ricevere una risposta è particolarmente difficile. Speriamo in un trasloco veloce per migliorare il servizio di prenotazione e disdetta. Parcheggio possibile in un raggio di 300 metri. Helpful, welcoming and professional staff. La parte debole della catena organizzativa sono purtroppo i tempi di attesa, che per alcune specialità, sono eccessivamente lunghi e mi costringono ad andare in altre strutture oppure a pagamento. Cosa che a sentire anche altri utenti succede di frequente. Se si potesse sistemare questa disfunzione avremmo un servizio eccellente. Ma si sa non si può avere tutto quando la coperta è corta. Comunque il giudizio rimane positivo. A volte meglio di altre strutture. Andateci con fiducia. Aldo Somaglia I liked it because the doctors I met are professionally smart. The paramedical staff seems prepared and I promote it. The weak part of the organizational chain are unfortunately the waiting times, which for some specialties, are excessively long and force me to go to other facilities or for a fee. Something that other users often hear happens. If this dysfunction could be fixed we would have excellent service. But you know you can't have everything when the blanket is short.
