★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pronto soccorso e di una lentezza inaccettabile, sono qui dalle 8 di mattina con il muscolo del collo lesionato e dopo 7 ore di attesa e sofferenza sono ancora qui ad aspettare il mio turno, non e possibile e non e umanitario cio che succede in questo posto, girare alla larga se e possibile qualità del servizio 0.
The emergency room and an unacceptable slowness are here from 8 am with the injured neck muscle and after 7 hours of waiting and suffering I am still here waiting for my turn, it is not possible and not humanitarian what happens in this place, turn away if possible service quality 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I medici del reparto sono molto scortesi ed irritanti. Scrivono sulla cartella clinica scaricando la colpa sul paziente quando invece sono loro stessi inadempienti. Ho portato mia figlia per un aiuto psicologico. Mai è stata chiamata per un colloquio, ma sulla cartella ci hanno scritto che lei non si è presentata. Neanche hanno avvisato non vedendola nelle sedute. Servizio pessimo. Mi sono dovuto rivolgere nelle strutture ospedaliere. Per me possono anche chiudere! Appuntamenti spostati dati dopo mesi di richieste per motivi personali, il sito non offre nessun aiuto, per una certificazione sanitaria abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 6 mesi perché non avevano gli strumenti adatti per l'età di mia figlia. Ci hanno indirizzato in una struttura privata che prontamente abbiamo rifiutato perché paghiamo un ssn inesistente nella nostra zona, quindi, a mio avviso, si potrebbe escludere dall'invio di soldi pubblici
The doctors in the ward are very rude and irritating. They write on the medical record by placing the blame on the patient when they are themselves in default. I took my daughter for psychological help. She has never been called for an interview, but we were told on the file that she did not show up. They did not even warn as they did not see her in the sessions. Bad service. I had to go to hospital facilities. For me they can even close! Appointments moved data after months of requests for personal reasons, the site does not offer any help, for a health certification we had to wait almost 6 months because they did not have the right tools for my daughter's age. They directed us to a private facility that we promptly refused because we pay a non-existent SSN in our area, therefore, in my opinion, it could be excluded from sending public money
