Personale incapace, totalmente mancante di buona educazione, cordialità e professionalità, oltre che di voglia di lavorare. Per fare anche delle semplicissime analisi del sangue inizia un'odissea che non immaginate: file ed assembramenti senza controllo. Si chiama il cup della Regione Lazio per accedere alla struttura e ne restano sbalorditi pure loro perché non si riesce neanche a prenotare quello. Si chiama il numero per le prenotazioni dell'ospedale ed in due settimane hanno risposto zero volte oppure è stata rifiutata la chiamata. Da evitare come la peste!! Andate in qualsiasi altra struttura ma non qui. Cup that would put even a third world country to shame. Visto che nessuno sapeva dirmi quando tornava ho chiesto di annullare appuntamento ...Non avvisarmi già è stata una cosa scorretta, ma dire che mi si sblocca l'impegnativa e poi scorpi di non poter prendere un altro appuntamento perché l'impegnativa risulta ancora bloccata da questa visita è veramente vergognoso! Accompagno mia madre poco meno che novantenne al controllo chirurgico: nulla da dire sul personale sanitario, ma chi organizza la logistica deve essere un sadico. Gli accompagnatori causa Covid non possono entrare, questo significa rimanere in piedi (non vi sono sedie) di fronte all'entrata del reparto. Oggi sono rimasto in piedi in attesa dell'uscita di madre per un'ora e quaranta senza possibilità di avere alcun contatto con lei. A fianco a me un'anziana ultrasettantenne era nelle mie stesse condizioni. Quando sono andato via era 40 minuti che come me vagava camminando nell'androne. Senza parlare del servizio del CUP in cui si aspetta il proprio turno fuori dell'edificio avendo come unico riparo dalle intemperie e dal freddo un gazebo con pochi posti a sedere di fronte agli assembramenti che si formano giornalmente nelle ore di maggiore affluenza. COSA MAI AVVENUTA a distanza di 40 giorni, inserendo i dati mi risulta sempre REFERTO NON TROVATO , Per di più ho il figlio per il ritiro in sede di un altra persona (anziana) , quindi non ho neanche il foglio per poter andare a ritirare di persona ! Saranno più di 20 giorni che chiamo senza ricevere MAI rispsota dal reparto ginecologico ! E per di più ho appuntamento per valutare i risultati delle analisi il 3 marzo, voglio porprio vedere cosa gli porto . Davvero amareggiata! Visita ovviamente pagata.
