Disservizio costante! Lavorano solo dal lunedì al venerdì con un unico rientro pomeridiano e non riescono a soddisfare le esigenze dei utenti in quanto operano solo due dipendenti! Tutto cio innammissibile viste le tasse che paghiamo e meritiamo un servizio ad hoc. Io da oltre due mesi mi reco in struttura e ci sono file interminabili di persone, le quali vengono spedite a casa nel momento in cui terminano di dare i numeretti (max venti numeri ), pertanto superato la orario lavorativo la gente nn ha modo di esser servita seppur avendo preso il numero max disponibile! Assurdo tutto cio! La fila inizia prima dell apertura e parlo di almeno un ora prima dell apertura degli uffici generando fine interminabili! Mi spiegate voi chi lavora cosa dovrebbe fare? Dovrebbe chiedere permesso e nel momento in cui l ufficio é in chiusura, nonostante il permesso lavorativo resto senza esser servita???? Farò un reclamo anche agli uffici competenti per spiegare tutto ciò e nel frattempo i miei familiari restano senza medico curante perché impossibile riuscire ad avere un numero ed esser servita dagli uffici, perdendo ovviamente tempo e denaro che nessuno mai rimborsa!!!

AsL is awesome. Went there twice in last five months to request another copy of our tessere that never arrive (going on 2+yrs). The man on the side office is friendly, intelligent, professional and fast..gets u in/out within half hr of arrival...unheard of right? Guardia Medica system is a whole different story. Love the fact its offered for after hours or docvaca times but seriously...its ? so. Went in an hour before closure, Doc was there (or at least I hope she was the doc as she was quite young and did not introduce herself or feel bothered to check us in properly (tessera, covid protocols, etc). I explained my symptoms, she acted as if it was beyond her capability and assoon as i mentioned I felt as if I had a fever, she literally stepped back, not that she ever laid hands on to examine me, and proclaimed not to have a means to check my temperature! My husband e I , both in shock over lack of professionalism, border line incompetence, kept looking at her, asking for real you don't even have a thermometer. Then I mentioned I suffer from chronic hypertension and it could be that giving her an out to check my blood pressure at least...nope Not even a bp ck. So no analysis, but concern my situation may be "grave" e she recommended we go to pronto socorso right away. I expressed my hesitancy walking in as they put u in the lowest category unless u come in with a doctor's request. Oh no...that wont be neccessary says the 20yo with zero 118 experience (ive had 2 go a min. 5 times). End of story. Stop paying/placing (taking away from normal duties,) unwilling, poss incompetent doctors (not D.essa Leo) on a 12 hr shift to do nothing. This was my 3rd visit to Guardia Medica in 35yrs of being here e its still the same non effective, waste of tome as usual.....seriously....no thermometer?? Oh e when i mentioned poss fever she backed away e insisted i go e have a rapid test...i asked..can u not do that here?? Oh no...we dont do that here (because we dont don't anything in rrality she forgot to say!) I will say some things have improved since my first visit in 2006 and it was literally raining inside with bucket collection, mold on walls at old facility next to Monday market. Again, they did zero e we left with zero help. Nothings changed in at least 15yrs other than a nice aircon ill equipped office now.
