C è anche uno studio dentistico! Io ho avuto bisogno per un controllo dopo una storta e mi hanno visitato alle 7 di sera! Ho pagato 15 € . Super gentile il dottore! Comodo soprattutto perché alloggio al Riviera Palace ed è qui attaccato. The photos I have inserted are from the outside which is a bit dark ... but just inside the room it is very bright. At the staff entrance to ask for information. 15 doors with 15 doctors !! There is also a dental office! I needed a checkup after a retort and they visited me at 7pm! I paid € 15. Super nice doctor! Comfortable especially because I stay at the Riviera Palace and is attached here.

Inoltre il personale giovane inesperto e scortese al centralino peggiora la qualità del già pessimo servizio Bad service, they are not able to support the Ligurian stone cup, they do not communicate to the operations center - toll-free number - that 1. they are not authorized to make reservations for blood sampling 2. that their terminals have been turned off for a week. Al centralino non ha risposto nessuno per 2 volte. Ho dovuto chiamare la dottoressa sul suo numero privato per farmi consigliare. La dottoressa, seppur in ferie, mi ha ascoltata e mi ha detto di andare direttamente lì che in segreteria avrei sicuramente trovato qualcuno. Arrivo e la segretaria era intenta a parlare con due signori. Dopo aver atteso che arrivasse all'accoglienza sono andata direttamente io a chiamarla. Avevo premura di parlare con un sostituto della dottoressa e mi sono sentita dire dalla segretaria che quello non era un pronto soccorso. Grazie!!! Questo è il modo di lavorare all'"""'accoglienza""""". Non rispondendo al telefono e trattando a pesci in faccia i pazienti!!! Non sono residente e mi reco a Loano Salute per una visita dal medico. In segreteria mi dicono di attendere davanti alla porta del medico finché non si liberi. Attendo per ben mezz'ora. Torno in segreteria per chiedere di accertarsi che il medico stia veramente visitando. Mi ripetono di attendere perché sta visitando e di non bussare. Altra mezz'ora di attesa. Alla fine, il medico esce dallo studio da solo e se ne va...non stava visitando!!! Menefreghismo puro. Bad service. The secretarial staff is neither helpful nor polite. My experience was bad. Eventually, the doctor comes out of the office by himself and leaves ... he wasn't visiting !!! Pure indifference.
