Mi hanno risolto un problema per crearne un altro. A fronte della riparazione di un semplice schermo, mi sono stati danneggiati la fotocamera e il microfono del telefono e non si sono ne' scusati ne' mi hanno rimborsato. Non si sono assunti le responsabilita' scaricandole ingiustamente su di me. NEVER AGAIN! I do NOT reccomend them! They are arrogant and unprofessional! I did not get any reimbursament. They solved one problem to create another one. Faced with the repair of a simple screen, I was damaged by the camera and the phone's microphone and they did not apologize or reimburse me. The responsibilities were not assumed by unjustly downloading them to me. NEVER AGAIN!

Si trova di tutto, mi hanno riparato un tablet, che prima di arrivare a questo negozio, mi avevano detto che non c'era niente da fare. Consigliatissimo Friendly and helpful staff, very fast in repairs. You can find everything, they fixed a tablet, which before arriving at this shop, they told me that there was nothing to do. Lo porto in questo negozio a farla sostituire. Dopo un paio d'ore passo a riprenderlo e mi ritrovo un angolo dello schermo danneggiato. Il touch per fortuna funziona, ma è chiaro che loro, nel sostituire la batteria hanno danneggiato lo schermo. Dopo che gli ho fatto notare l'accaduto ho chiesto spiegazioni in merito per eventualmente trovare un compromesso (sconto, sost. monitor o comunque qualcosa) e hanno sostenuto che li schermo era già rotto prima. Non stiamo parlando di un iphone, ma di un cell da 200 eur, che mi spiaceva buttare. Ma se lo schermo fosse stato da prima in quelle condizioni, avrebbe avuto senso spenderne altri 40 per sistemare la batteria? Non c'è stato niente da fare, non ne hanno voluto sapere. Non mi era mai capitato nulla del genere, cornuto e mazziato come si dice in gergo. Non mi vedranno mai piu. Ah altra nota: accettano solo pagamenti in contanti Huawei cell phone with inflated battery. it was 100% working, except that the cover could not be mounted due to the battery. Nothing like this had ever happened to me, cuckolded and beaten as they say in the jargon. They will never see me again. Ah another note: they only accept cash payments
