Prima di dissanguarmi per comprarne una nuova, ho voluto fare un tentativo ed ho telefonato alla ASA Electronic di Acilia, il riparatore più vicino a casa mia, trovato su internet. Al telefono, ho accennato a Salvatore il guasto e lui, dopo avermi tranquillizzato, è passato a ritirare l’apparecchio per una diagnosi precisa. Il giorno dopo mi ha richiamato e mi ha spiegato di che si trattava e la spesa da affrontare. Dato che era NOTEVOLMENTE inferiore all’acquisto di un nuovo TV, ho dato il mio ok alla riparazione e dopo 24 ore Salvatore me l’ha riportata come nuova. Velocità, professionalità e precisione. E pure simpatia! Lo consiglio vivamente! My 2008 Sony 32 ”TV went haywire. Before bleeding myself out to buy a new one, I wanted to give it a try and I phoned the ASA Electronic of Acilia, the repairer closest to my home, found on the internet. On the phone, I mentioned the breakdown to Salvatore and he, after calming me down, went to pick up the device for a precise diagnosis. The next day he called me back and explained what it was about and the expense to be faced. Since it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than buying a new TV, I gave my ok to the repair and after 24 hours Salvatore brought it back to me as new. Speed, professionalism and precision. And also sympathy! Portato la mattina, a sera era già stato individuato il problema e la mattina seguente era già pronto. Consigliatissimo!!!
