★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato fine estate 2021 per un problema al ginocchio dopo una stagione di ciclismo da strada nella quale realizzavo giri da 150 km con 2-3000 m di dislivello.
Il consiglio che mi è stato dato è di potenziare i muscoli del ginocchio c/o la loro struttura. Mi chiedo, ma uno che riesce a compiere giri in bici di questo impegno è sottotono muscolare?
Probabilmente volevano che potenziassi il loro conto in banca.
Ho cambiato ortopedico ed il ginocchio sta migliorando
