★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho di recente inviato una mail per chiedere se avevano un ricambio per la mia autovettura, ho allegato una foto del pezzo che cercavo per rendere il tutto più chiaro, nessuna risposta. Sabato preavvisando che li avevo già contattati per lo stesso motivo ho richiesto nuovamente se avevano il pezzo da me ricercato, con tanto di foto. Nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi, nessuno. Se ho inviato 2 mail è perché in primis volevo evitare di ritrovarmi in attesa creando assembramento sul posto, e inoltre...perché se avessi atteso per poi sentirmi dire non c'è avrei solo perso tempo. Ma tanto è inutile a prescindere, non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere a una mail.
I recently sent an email to ask if they had a replacement for my car, I attached a photo of the part I was looking for to make it clearer, no answer. On Saturday, notifying them that I had already contacted them for the same reason, I asked again if they had the piece I was looking for, complete with photos. Nobody deigned to answer me, nobody. If I sent 2 emails it is because first of all I wanted to avoid finding myself waiting by creating a gathering on the spot, and moreover ... because if I had waited and then heard me say there is not I would have just wasted time. But anyway it is useless regardless, they do not even deign to reply to an email.
