★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo riscontrato difetti nei prodotti acquistati attraverso rivenditori del prodotto, ho contattato personalmente l' azienda con molta comprensione nei confronti degli errori che possono essere commessi e ho prontamente inviato una email con allegate le foto dei prodotti la loro onestà e prontezza è stata immediata visto che una settimana dopo sono stato risarcito con loro prodotti omaggio per scusarsi del disguido Azienda seria 5 stelle meritate
I had found defects in the products purchased through product retailers, I personally contacted the company with great understanding of the errors that can be committed and I promptly sent an email with attached photos of the products their honesty and promptness was immediate since a week later I was compensated with their free products to apologize for the mistake. Serious company deserved 5 stars
