Antipasti di salumi freschi e genuini accompagnati con lo gnocco fritto appena sfornato sono una delizia unica. Stufato e polenta ricordano un sapore di altri tempi. Crostata di marmellata e sbrisolona chiudono la cenetta di aromi e sapori nostrani. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è gentile, disponibile ed allegro. Da visitare. Il posto è strano, piuttosto difficile da trovare, l'insegna è traslucida, poco leggibile, e riporta solo il nome Torre... in più la porta di accesso laterale non dà l'idea di gradevole accoglienza, sembrava chiuso... ? a parte questo, piatti del territorio con ottime materie prime e ben fatti. Ravioli con ripieno di spalla e crema di parmigiano: eccellenti.Stracotto di guancia e polenta: squisito. Sorbetto al caffè molto buono. Cameriere gentili, ambiente accogliente con arredamento in legno caratteristico, illuminazione un po' troppo fioca. Salumi buoni ma non speciali, gnocco fritto nella media, polenta con gorgonzola buona, tortelli funghi e patate molto buoni anche se era tutto nel ripieno ( solitamente la ricetta prevede i tortelli di patate conditi con sugo ai funghi) , tortelli di zucca buoni, peccato ci fosse troppa noce moscata, altrimenti avrei messo buonissimi, ottimo il sorbetto al limone. Per aggiungere stelle dovrò tornare ad assaggiare la pizza e altre specialità come il cinghiale i guanciali e il brasato tutti piatti accompagnati da polenta. Il servizio è da migliorare. Being the first time in this restaurant I evaluate what I ate. Good but not special cured meats, average fried dumplings, polenta with good gorgonzola, very good mushroom and potato tortelli even if it was all in the filling (usually the recipe calls for potato tortelli dressed with mushroom sauce), good pumpkin tortelli, too bad there was too much nutmeg, otherwise I would have put very good, excellent lemon sorbet. To add stars I will have to go back to taste pizza and other specialties such as wild boar, guanciali and braised meat, all dishes accompanied by polenta. The service needs improvement.
