★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un elettrodomestico in riparazione, ancora in garanzia; me lo hanno restituito dopo quasi un mese con il pezzo nuovo ed ero, tutto sommato, soddisfatto. Dopo 5 mesi ritorno con l'apparecchio non funzionante e, in sede di preventivo, mi dicono che la garanzia è scaduta anche se il problema nasce dal pezzo nuovo (ma che, quasi certamente, la colpa è mia perché avrei fatto cadere l'apparecchio). Ahahaha!!! Meraviglioso!
I brought an appliance for repair, still under warranty; they returned it to me after almost a month with the new piece and I was, after all, satisfied. After 5 months I return with the appliance not working and, in the estimate, they tell me that the warranty has expired even if the problem arises from the new piece (but that, almost certainly, the fault is mine because I would have dropped the appliance ). Haha !!! Wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a far riparare un asciugacapelli in garanzia: nonostante ad ogni mio sollecito mi avessero ribadito che una volta eseguita la riparazione sarei stata avvertita telefonicamente, dopo 3 mesi di silenzio li ho chiamati e mi hanno risposto che la riparazione era già stata fatta da tempo, ma nessuno mi aveva avvisata.
I took a hairdryer to be repaired under warranty: despite all my reminders I was reiterated that once the repair was carried out I would be notified by phone, after 3 months of silence I called them and they replied that the repair had already been done some time ago , but no one had warned me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In merito alla sua risposta sulla mia recensione,volevo ricordarle che io ho consegnato l aspirapolvere al suo negozio,e lei mi ha sempre risposto che attendeva il pezzo ,dopo varie mail che ho mandato alla Rowenta mi hanno detto che non hanno il pezzo di ricambio,( e se me lo hanno comunicato a me credo che l'abbiano comunicato anche a lei )e se volevo potevo cambiare modello,dopo che ho accettato ancora ad oggi niente , è dal 22 di gennaio ,non credo che lei non abbia contatti diretti con loro o possa sollecitare , quindi gli scorretti siete voi non io ,ho solo detto la verità anche perché il prodotto ancora non l ho ricevuto quindi dovremmo vederci di persona,e ribadisco vergognatevi tre mesi per la riparazione di un aspirapolvere in garanzia comprata da 7 mesi e non rispondete più alle mail ,ho provato a chiamare nil numero 199 dopo 10 minuti di attesa ci ho perso anche i soldi della telefonata,con questo le auguro una buona giornata e non dico cose scorrette!!

La mia esperienza con voi è stata senz'altro positiva considerando la circostanza. Gentili e solerti. Spero che questa rettifica sia pubblica e sani quanto accaduto.... Per puntualizzare: è stato il commerciante che mi ha venduto l'articolo a confondermi affermando che effettivamente c'era un guasto..... Cordiali saluti e buon anno!
