I sensei Lorenzo, Samuele, Riccardo, Andrea e Walter (tutti tecnici qualificati FIJLKAM) sapranno guidarvi nell’apprendimento della vostra disciplina preferita con pazienza e attenzione.
I vostri compagni di corso saranno poi felici di accogliervi in questa “grande famiglia” dove l’interesse e l’entusiasmo per le Arti Marziali fanno da collante sul tatami…e fuori!
L’ASD partecipa spesso a stage/seminar che assicurano la formazione continua tanto degli insegnanti, quanto degli allievi (oltre ad offrire stimolanti opportunità di confronto con dojo da tutta Italia e, talvolta, dall’estero).
Oltre ai corsi di Arti Marziali è possibile frequentare anche lezioni di Yoga/Pilates, Aiki Taiso Posturale e Autodifesa. Le lezioni di prova sono gratuite e senza impegno: basta un abbigliamento comodo e tanta voglia di mettersi in gioco!

Your classmates will then be happy to welcome you to this "big family" where interest and enthusiasm for martial arts act as a glue on the tatami ... and outside!
The ASD often participates in internships / seminars that ensure the continuous training of both teachers and students (in addition to offering stimulating opportunities for discussion with dojos from all over Italy and, sometimes, from abroad).
In addition to the Martial Arts courses, it is also possible to attend Yoga / Pilates, Aiki Taiso Postural and Self Defense classes. Trial lessons are free and without obligation: just comfortable clothing and a great desire to get involved!

Tutti i Sensei sono estremamente qualificati e l'atmosfera che si respira in Dojo è senza dubbio famigliare e amichevole. Il rispetto, l'amicizia, e il divertimento rendono la pratica sul tatami un'esperienza unica, utile e divertente, da vivere a qualsiasi età. Senza dubbio una delle società più serie e qualificate del territorio.
The ASD Martial Arts San Donà is a very serious and prepared society when we talk about Japanese Martial Arts, namely Judo, Ju Jitsu and Aikido. All the Sensei are extremely qualified and the atmosphere that you breathe in the Dojo is undoubtedly familiar and friendly. Respect, friendship, and fun make the practice on the tatami a unique, useful and fun experience, to be enjoyed at any age. Without doubt one of the most serious and qualified companies in the area.
