M	Mirca Torresin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni oramai che mi appoggio a questo Poliambulatorio, sono una paziente della Dottoressa Bonivento, medico molto coscienziente preparato e disponibile sempre attento alle problematiche del paziente, si va dagli appuntamenti con impegnativa o in modo privato tempi di attesa nella norma, le impiegate alla reception sempre gentili e qualche giorno prima telefonano sempre per ricordare l'appuntamento. Ambiente confortevole e pulito. I have been supporting this clinic for years now, I am a patient of Doctor Bonivento, a very conscientious doctor prepared and available, always attentive to the patient's problems, ranging from appointments with demanding or private waiting times in the norm, the employees at the reception always polite and a few days before they always call to remember the appointment. Dopo quattro piani finalmente mi indicano il piano ma non dove svoltare...Una volta entrata Privacy zero. Segretarie che risparmiano la voce per dare informazioni e al banco di accettazione si condivide tutto con tutti. Auguri I found the entrance to the study with difficulty. G	Giulia Rusato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO ASSISTENZA Ho chiamato la segreteria per poter parlare con la ginecologa che mi segue perchè mi sentivo male e, non riuscendo a contattare il medico di base (causa intasamento per coronavirus) volevo capire come comportarmi, se con i miei sintomi, fosse meglio recarmi al pronto soccorso o fissare una visita. Dopo 3 ore ho richiamato, me l'hanno passata e, SENZA AVERMI CHIESTO I SINTOMI, mi ha detto che lei non è una segretaria, è evidente che avrei dovuto fissare un appuntamento o che sarei dovuta recarmi al pronto soccorso se mi sentivo male. quando le ho detto che l'avevo chiamata appunto per capire (quasi scusandomi per il disturbo, perchè cosi è sembrato), perchè la mia vecchia ginecologa (ora in pensione) in questi casi mi consigliava come procedere, la risposta è stata di tornare dalla mia vecchia ginecologa (e ha riattaccato senza salutare). Penso che un po di sana umiltà non guasterebbe . E	Emanuela Binotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prenotato per visita ginecologica e pap test. nell'eseguire il papa test la dott. mi ha rotto un vaso, con conseguente emorragia. la vista non è stata eseguita e neppure il pap test. all'uscita dall' ambulatorio, dolorante e con una cura di 8 giorni con ovuli da fare, mi si è pure presentato il conto. cioè..non è stata eseguita ne visita ne pap test e mi volevano far pagare comunque la prestazione! ho ovviamente chiesto di parlare con il direttore sanitario, e manifestato la mia risolutezza nel non voler pagare una prestazione che non è avvenuta, ma anzi , sottolineando il danno subito. mi ha letteralmente buttata fuori dallo studio medico con una maleducazione fuori misura. maleducazione, incapacità e scorrettezza! booked for gynecological examination and pap smear. in carrying out the pope test, Dr. I broke a vessel, resulting in bleeding. the sight was not performed and neither was the pap smear. at the exit from the clinic, in pain and with a treatment of 8 days with eggs to do, the bill was also presented to me.
