M	Mara Carabeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti mia madre è stata portata al Maugeri Tradate per riabilitazione cardiochirurgica .... non si esige un Hotel a 5stelle ma nemmeno che dobbiamo portare noi da fuori qualcosa da mangiare perchè la mensa ESTERNA non è organizzata per ricevere dei pazienti intollerante al glutine ed al lattosio Hi all my mother was taken to Maugeri Tradate for cardiac surgery rehabilitation .... no 5stars Hotel is required but not even that we have to bring something to eat from outside because the OUTDOOR canteen is not organized to receive gluten intolerant patients and lactose
A	Antonio Stabile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disorganizzata struttura buona ma si fa troppo poca riabilitazione ed essendo una struttura riabilitativa é assurdo.i fisioterapisti sono bravissimi ma non esiste che debbano andare a cercarsi i pazienti e portarli in palestra perdendo cosi molto tempo utile. disorganized good structure but too little rehabilitation and being a rehabilitation facility is absurd.The physiotherapists are very good but there is no need to go and look for patients and take them to the gym losing so much time.

Risponde un uomo poco educato che dà delle indicazioni poco comprensibili e con tono seccato. Vergogna. Non consiglio. Poca umanità, tanta arroganza To make an appointment it takes minutes and minutes on the phone. Quando ti danno le pastiglie devi avere l'acqua di tua proprietà perché la struttura non prevede acqua oltre le due bottiglie (piccole) dei pasti. La pulizia è inesistente : l'atrio del reparto di cardiologia è infestato da cimici e coccinelle, molte sono morte da giorni ma nessuno provvede a ripulire. La camera ha i muri molto sporchi, servirebbe almeno una rinfrescata. La doccia in bagno non fornisce acqua perpendicolare il doccione "spara" in tutti i punti del bagno ( la doccia non è provvista di telo) Per il momento il personale medico ed infermieristico è molto cortese e professionale. È la prima volta che faccio una recensione negativa ma lo considero un dovere. Non escludo un esposto in procura. Metto a disposizione foto e video di tutto quello che ho scritto tuttavia cure e riabilitazione sono ottime. Often I cannot eat the food they serve us. The quality of the meals is very bad. When they give you the tablets you must have your own water because the structure does not provide water beyond the two (small) bottles of meals. Cleaning is non-existent: the atrium of the cardiology department is infested with bedbugs and ladybugs, many have been dead for days but no one is cleaning up. The room has very dirty walls, it would need at least a refresh. The shower in the bathroom does not provide water perpendicular to the shower head "shoots" in all parts of the bathroom (the shower is not equipped with a towel) For the moment the medical and nursing staff are very courteous and professional. This is my first time doing a negative review but I consider it a duty. I do not exclude a complaint in the prosecutor's office. I provide photos and videos of everything I have written, however treatment and rehabilitation are excellent.
D	Debora Medola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto pneumologia fin quando abbiamo preso appuntamenti privati siamo stati seguiti bene. Da quando abbiamo seguito il SSN il servizio è decaduto. Possiamo comprendere che la sanità italiana faccia schifo, ma non sulle spalle dei pazienti a qualunque età esse si trovino in terapia. Ci vedremo costretti a cercare altrove più professionalità. Pneumology department until we took private appointments we were well followed. Since we followed the SSN the service has lapsed. We can understand that the Italian health care sucks, but not on the shoulders of patients at any age they are in therapy. We will be forced to look elsewhere for more professionalism.

Peccato che per prendere appuntamento ci vuole mezza giornata; servizio di prenotazioni molto lento con personale abbastanza scortese. Ho chiesto un appuntamento per un controllo a fine dicembre mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che prendevano prenotazioni solo fino a novembre. Personale davvero poco educato e cortese Competent medical staff. Too bad it takes half a day to make an appointment; very slow booking service with quite rude staff. I asked for an appointment for a check in at the end of December they liquidated me saying they were taking reservations only until November. Really unpolite and courteous staff
M	Maurizio Veleno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, sono stato ospite al 7' piano reparto COVID 19....ospite in cura per quasi 2 mesi.....penso che mi abbiano trattato meglio di un albergo, il vitto era buono, le OSS professionali ed educate... Dottori con passione per il proprio lavoro....una lode ai fisioterapisti tutti con pazienza e cura nei dettagli del proprio lavoro, anche come sinergie nel indurre i pazienti a muoversi....ringrazio fisioterapista Anna,Beppe e tutti gli altri. ...Maurizio Rignanese. Hello, I was a guest on the 7th floor of the COVID 19 ward .... guest under treatment for almost 2 months ..... I think they treated me better than a hotel, the food was good, the OSS professional and polite .. Doctors with passion for their work .... a praise to the physiotherapists all with patience and attention to the details of their work, also as synergies in inducing patients to move .... I thank the physiotherapist Anna, Beppe and all the others. ... Maurizio Rignanese.
D	Daniele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha appena chiamato mia madre per prenotare un appuntamento presso la vostra struttura; risponde un "uomo" molto scortese e maleducato che ha risposto male solo perché mia madre non aveva capito bene gli orari per chiamare il numero delle prenotazioni. Questo personaggio che probabilmente sta alla reception è un maleducato e scorbutico, che impari a stare al mondo e ad avere un po' di educazione se non gliel' hanno insegnata da piccolo. Quando si lavora a contatto con il pubblico (ed io ci lavoro da parecchi anni) la prima cosa è l'educazione e la disponibilità. Chiunque tu sia impara a stare al mondo. Rivedete un po' il vostro personale! Sconsigliato!
