★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto gli orari di apertura online mi ci sono recato per analisi delle urine con il campione pronto. Entro alle 11.01, vado al desk, dico cosa devo fare.
"La sala prelievi ha appena chiuso, li facciamo fino alle 11".
Faccio presente che ho il campione pronto, non devo fare alcun prelievo, ma niente "mi spiace ma raccogliamo i campioni per analisi solo entro le 11, deve tornare un altro giorno".
Pessimo modo di fare, in cui l'organizzazione interna passa sopra la clientela, peraltro costretta a subire questa cosa perché Artemisia comunica solo gli orari di apertura.
Peraltro il corriere che raccoglieva i campioni é arrivato mentre uscivo incazzato per le ore buttate, e le dottoresse erano tutte là. Non gli sarebbe costato NIENTE prendere la mia provetta, etichettarla, registrarla e metterla tra le altre. Oppure anche solo ritirarla per mandarla in analisi il giorno dopo invece che lasciarla a me.
Cara Artemisia, siete riusciti a funzionare peggio di una struttura pubblica.
After seeing the opening hours online I went there for urinalysis with the sample ready. By 11.01 am, I go to the desk, tell me what to do.
"The sampling room has just closed, we do it until 11".
I would like to point out that I have the sample ready, I do not have to take any sampling, but nothing "I'm sorry but we collect the samples for analysis only by 11, you have to come back another day".
Bad way of doing, in which the internal organization passes over the customers, however forced to suffer this thing because Artemisia only communicates the opening hours.
Moreover, the courier who collected the samples arrived as I went out pissed about the hours wasted, and the doctors were all there. It would have cost him NOTHING to take my test tube, label it, register it and put it among the others. Or even just withdraw it to send it for analysis the next day instead of leaving it to me.
Dear Artemisia, you have managed to function worse than a public facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso di denunciarli. 45 euro per prelievo urine a domicilio. 25 euro con fattura e 20 euro in nero alla dottoressa. Risultato 0 perché urine contaminate. Devo rifarlo e ripagare. Mi sembra un'associazione a delinquere.
I think I will report them. 45 euros for home urine collection. 25 euros with invoice and 20 euros in black to the doctor. Result 0 because contaminated urine. I have to do it again and repay. It seems to me a criminal association.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante tutto questo periodo di pandemia, ho fatto solo tre tamponi: di cui due da Artemisia Lab e uno all’estero.
Il primo l’ho fatto proprio in questa clinica e devo dire che ho sentito solo un fastidio, ma nel momento in cui diventava quasi insopportabile era praticamente finito, il secondo tornando da un viaggio e NON HO SENTITO NIENTE, e il terzo qualche tempo fa, sempre in questa clinica. Per quanto mi ha fatto male mi sono uscite le lacrime agli occhi e nonostante fosse chiaro il fatto che mi stesse facendo male, la dottoressa ha continuato a infilarmi il tampone sempre più sù. Allora, se fosse stato il mio primo tampone, avrei pensato che probabilmente fosse semplicemente doloroso, ma avendone già fatti due, non ci sto. Sono veramente arrabbiata, anche perché un tampone molecolare te lo fanno pagare 60 euro. Quando sono tornata in Italia, il tampone l’ho pagato 7 euro e non ho sentito niente, Se il vostro personale non è in grado allora non fate i tamponi! Sicuramente non tornerò mai più. Anche perché il naso ha continuato a bruciarmi anche ore dopo aver fatto il tampone. Per certe cose ci vuole delicatezza, non state pulendo la cappa di un caminetto!
During this whole pandemic period, I only took three swabs: two from Artemisia Lab and one abroad.
The first I did it right in this clinic and I must say that I felt only a nuisance, but by the time it became almost unbearable it was practically over, the second coming back from a trip and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING, and the third some time ago , always in this clinic. As much as it hurt me, tears came out of my eyes and although it was clear that it was hurting me, the doctor continued to put the tampon higher and higher. So, if it was my first tampon, I would have thought it was probably just plain painful, but having already done two, I'm not okay with it. I am really angry, also because they charge you 60 euros for a molecular swab. When I returned to Italy, I paid 7 euros for the swab and I didn't hear anything. If your staff isn't able, then don't swab! I will definitely never go back. Also because my nose continued to burn even hours after I had the swab. For some things it takes delicacy, you are not cleaning the hood of a fireplace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venuto per analisi, tutto molto veloce e cortese. Pero la puntura ha provocato un ematoma di una settimana, e l invio dei referti via mail ha necessitato una montagna di telefonate, dato che il primo invio non era consultabile (pid errato), il secondo incompleto, il terzo ancora protetto.
Came for analysis, all very fast and courteous. But the puncture caused a week-long hematoma, and sending the reports via email required a mountain of phone calls, since the first was not available (wrong pid), the second incomplete, the third still protected.
