Dentro le 2 mozzarelle parevano stracchino stessa consistenza e stesso sapore. Premetto non erano scadute, mancano 3gg alla data. I migliori sono quelli tipici, di varia stagionatura: montarlo e latteria. Molto buone le ridotte fresca e affumicata. Eccezionale lo yogurt.
