★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo yogurt è, in assoluto, il più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Quello con la "copertura"ai vari gusti, poi, è sensazionale.
Oltre a quello ho assaggiato anche ricotta e la formaggetta "Morbidezza" e sono molto buone.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile e, inoltre, trovo molto bello compare direttamente dal produttore.
Yogurt is, by far, the best I have ever eaten. The one with the "coverage" to the various tastes, then, is sensational.
In addition to that, I also tasted ricotta and the "Morbidity" cheese and they are very good.
The staff is kind and helpful and, moreover, I find it very nice appears directly from the manufacturer.

È talmente cremoso e gustoso che temevo fosse grasso, allorché sono rimasto stupito della sua componente inferiore al 5%, testimonianza che il gusto è realmente frutto della particolare lavorazione.
Complimenti al produttore. Se saprà mantenere la sua qualità, conquisterà
una buona fetta di mercato per chi predilige la qualità al prezzo.
I enjoyed their strained yogurt with blueberry.
It is so creamy and tasty that I was afraid it was fat, when I was amazed by its component of less than 5%, proof that the taste is really the result of the particular processing.
Congratulations to the manufacturer. If it can keep its quality, it will conquer
a good slice of the market for those who prefer quality over price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire di questo caseificio. Tutto molto buono sia i formaggi che lo yogurt che producono. L'unica pecca è che non hanno un punto dove comprare un bottiglia d'acqua dopo aver mangiato uno squisitissimo gelato. Consigliatissimo
What about this dairy. All very good both the cheeses and the yogurt they produce. The only downside is that they don't have a place to buy a bottle of water after eating an exquisite ice cream. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It ia almost mandatory to stop here and buy some of their wonderful products. Yoghurt is fantastic but, of course, cheese is the king of this dairy structure that's one of the most important enterprise of the Aveto Valley. Sarassu is a tipical local kind of salted ricotta. I suggest the San Ste cheese, especially the most seasoned versione (they normally have three different agings of it).
