M	Martina C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff molto gentile, piatti squisiti: dai tris di primi, al frico, al filetto con le erbe, al tiramisù e tutti gli altri dolci. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da provare assolutamente, la cena in grotta è un'esperienza fantastica! Very kind staff, exquisite dishes: from trio of first courses, to frico, to fillet with herbs, to tiramisu and all the other desserts. Excellent value for money. A must try, the dinner in the cave is a fantastic experience!

Peccato, perchè l'ambiente è curato, il cibo è buono (ho ordinato i tortelli con l'erbe), però dovevamo aspettare tanto per fare l'ordine (e non solo noi, ho notato gli altri clienti che stavano aspettando), poi ancora un'mezzora per portare i primi. Uno dello staff non sembrava tanto gentile. Poi alla fine quando è arrivato il conto, una bella sorpresa- 18 eur per la doppia (nonostante abbiamo chiesto una sola perchè uno dei bambini ha 3 anni e non mangia tanto)porzione di pasta corta con il sugo semplice di pomodoro x 2 bambini, quindi 9 eur a testa come fosse un primo di pasta fatta a casa. Mi sembra esagerato! Today did not go well. Too bad, because the environment is cared for, the food is good (I ordered the tortelli with herbs), but we had to wait a long time to place the order (and not just us, I noticed the other customers who were waiting), then another half hour to bring the first courses. One of the staff didn't seem so nice. Then at the end when the bill arrived, a nice surprise - 18 eur for the double (although we only asked for one because one of the children is 3 years old and doesn't eat much) portion of short pasta with simple tomato sauce for 2 children, then 9 eur each as if it were a first course of homemade pasta. It seems exaggerated to me!

I confirm the excellent reviews of most of the customers and add that in addition to the excellent traditional dishes, Flavio offers new dishes that are the result of his continuous research, passion and skill. The ingredients are precious raw materials and unobtainable local excellences. They are dishes with ancient flavors, unknown but at the same time familiar, balanced, true and satisfying. Particolarmente buoni I primi e I dolci, abbiamo speso 24€ a testa in 6. 4 assaggini dei primi (ottimi), una porzione di frico con verdira cruda (ottimo) e dolci fatti da loro (ottimi). 2 bottiglie di vino della casa 4 di acqua e 4 caffe. Ristorante consigliato da una signora che vive nelle zone. Ci tornerò. Titolare gentile. In una serata romantica possibilità di avere il tavolo nella grotta (vedi foto) We went to lunch, a nice place where you can eat typical local foods. Particularly good first courses and desserts, we spent € 24 each in 6. 4 tastings of the first courses (excellent), a portion of frico with raw verdira (excellent) and desserts made by them (excellent). 2 bottles of house wine 4 of water and 4 coffees. Restaurant recommended by a lady who lives in the areas. I will be back. Kind owner. On a romantic evening possibility of having the table in the cave (see photo)

La pasta alla carnica buonissima, e il cervo con polenta anche! Da non perdere se passate in zona. The food is great, the price is honest and the experience of eating in the cave is unique. Panna cotta with dandelion honey is an emotion to try. Pasta alla carnica delicious, and venison with polenta too! Don't miss it if you're in the area.

Noi avevamo il tavolo nella grotta, bellissimo! The Cjarsons and the other dishes tried are very good. Quality cuisine, with an authentic flavor. Excellent value for money, refined and original environment. We had the table in the cave, beautiful!
