Prendono i contatti e promettono di farsi sentire nel giro di una settimana / 10 giorni. Passato quasi un mese li chiamo per sapere che fine abbiano fatto e, dopo aver sentito il geometra richiamano e propongono un appuntamento il 4 Maggio, data in cui non avrei potuto. Si offrono quindi di rifarsi vivi per fissare nuovo appuntamento. Inutile dire che in questo altro mese nulla si è mosso...
Two months ago I went to them to request an inspection to repair a shutter box. They make contact and promise to be heard within a week / 10 days. Almost a month later I call them to find out what happened to them and, after hearing the surveyor, they recall and propose an appointment on May 4th, the date on which I could not have. They therefore offer to make up for a new appointment. Needless to say, in this other month nothing has moved ...
