Consiglio vivamente Erco ed il tecnico Igor. Last night, I was locked out of the house, having left the keys inserted in the entrance door of the studio, and this morning, a public holiday, August 15th, I sent a message to the technician, that in half an hour he was able to open the armored door. I highly recommend Erco and the technician Igor.

G	Gianluca Nostro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza post vendita imbarazzante così come, nel mio caso purtroppo, pessimo rivenditore di zona (con il quale non risulta più esserci collaborazione con la Erco). Il risultato finale è un servizio post-vendita completamente assente: sono due anni che segnalo la rottura di un vetro avvenuta pochi giorni dopo l'installazione e senza nessun dolo da parte mia ma la Erco mi comunica oggi che devo sostituire il vetro a mie spese in quanto la rottura risulta, a detta loro, mia responsabilità. Peccato, gli infissi possono anche essere di buona qualità e questo mi sento di confermarlo. Peccato, con poco di più avreste conservato un cliente.. e soprattutto un cliente contento. Allego foto del vetro pochi mesi dopo l'installazione. Da allora ho provato a contattare più volte il rivenditore (scoprendo poi che non lo era più) sempre senza successo. Quindi, come dice lei, mi sono fatto vivo dopo parecchio tempo direttamente con voi proprio avendo appreso che non avete più rivenditori in zona. Come anticipato telefonicamente, se togliete un rivenditore in zona potreste provare a farvi carico voi del post-vendita. The final result is a completely absent after-sales service: it is two years that I have been reporting the breaking of a glass which took place a few days after installation and without any malice on my part but Erco informs me today that I have to replace the glass at my expense as the break is, according to them, my responsibility. Too bad, the fixtures can also be of good quality and I feel I can confirm this. Too bad, with a little more you would have kept a customer .. and above all a happy customer. I attach photos of the glass a few months after installation. Since then I have tried to contact the dealer several times (later discovering that it was no longer) always without success. So, as you say, after a long time, I came directly with you, having learned that you no longer have dealers in the area. As anticipated by telephone, if you remove a dealer in the area you could try to take care of the after-sales service yourself. Regards

Ho contattato Erco, e la Sig.ra Claudia e' stata gentilissima e rapida nell' inviarmi i ricambi. Excellent assistance. A few weeks ago, when replacing a rack, I lost the hood of a hinge. I contacted Erco, and Mrs. Claudia was very kind and quick in sending me the spare parts.

Tutte tre le volte si sono dimostrati professionali, efficienti, seri e rapidi sia nella progettazione, nei preventivi e nell'installazione. Anche le poche volte che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza sono intervenuti in tempi brevissimi risolvendo sempre il problema. I serramenti sono ottimi! Azienda assolutamente TOP!! I have had Erco do several jobs in recent years: all the windows and shutters of the house, the construction of an outdoor veranda and all the windows and sunshades of the house where I live now. All three times they proved to be professional, efficient, serious and quick in both design, estimates and installation. Even the few times I needed assistance they intervened in a very short time, always solving the problem. The windows are excellent! Absolutely TOP company !!
F	Fabio Penotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ormai in casa sei finestre a doppia anta della Erco. La prima installata nel 2008 e le ultime nel 2016. Ottima riuscita negli anni. E ottima assistenza, o in persona o con qualche utilissima indicazione al telefono, quando necessita qualche piccola regolazione. I now have six double-sash windows from Erco in the house. The first installed in 2008 and the last in 2016. Excellent success over the years. And excellent assistance, either in person or with some very useful indication on the phone, when it needs some small adjustments.
A	Angelo Caironi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno..... purtroppo con grande rammarico metto solo tre stelle non per la qualità dei serramenti che dopo 4 anni dall'installazione mantengono inalterate le loro caratteristiche sia estetiche che di funzionalità, ma per la scarsa professionalita nei confronti del sottoscritto che come cliente avendo speso 16.000 euro di serramenti alla richiesta di un chiarimento telefonico con un responsabile dell'azienda ERCO, purtroppo mai pervenuta, per una fattura di 113 euro del propio manutentore un po' eccessiva a mio parere per il cambio di un pezzo dal costo di 4 euro, visto che il serramento icriminato era gia stato regolato piu volte in garanzia senza alcun costo ma anche senza risoluzione. Non mi permetto di insegnare niente a nessuno,ma basta veramente poco per soddisfare un cliente quando chiede di poter essere contattato anche solo per un propio dubbio Good morning ..... unfortunately with great regret I only put three stars not for the quality of the doors and windows that after 4 years of installation keep their aesthetic and functional characteristics unaltered, but for the lack of professionalism towards myself and as a customer having spent 16,000 euros on windows to request a telephone clarification with a manager of the ERCO company, unfortunately never received, for an invoice of 113 euros from his own maintenance technician, a bit excessive in my opinion for the change of a piece costing 4 euro, given that the offending window had already been regulated several times under warranty at no cost but also without resolution.
