Sono venuto a conoscenza di questa ditta mentre cercavo un bull-bar a norma del nostro complicato e contraddittorio Codice della strada che, vuoi per superficialità vuoi per convenienza, chiunque interpreta a piacimento. La Arrigoni 4x4 mi ha fornito i pezzi allegando tutti i certificati EU necessari per circolare ed un estratto della relativa Normativa Europea, ciò nonostante mi sono trovato davanti al muro del centro collaudi che gridava allo scandalo dando una propria versione dell'art. 78 in barba a tutto il resto d'Europa. Alla fine per accontentare la mia motorizzazione, l'assicurazione, il centro collaudi ed il santino in salotto ho effettuato questi passaggi che spero siano utili a chi, come me, si è trovato rimpallato tra tecnici e burocrati sudando informazioni come alla Parigi-Dakkar: Domandato ed ottenuto il nulla osta al Cetoc (gratis,15giorni) Fornito il certificato di montaggio a regola d'arte prodotto dalla carrozzeria Forniti i documenti della Arrigoni Con questi prenotato visita e collaudo per trascrizione a libretto (112 €, 1 sett) Dopo quest'odissea (Ulisse levati) posso finalmente ringraziare Luciana e tutto lo staff per la professionalità e la pazienza dimostratami in questi giorni di agonia!! Parliamo di 20€ non di grandi cifre. Bad after sale service. I opened the package after 3 months and there were a lot of brackets missing inside and the answer was that I had to check immediately. Quasi 4 mesi di chiamate, attese e errori per ricevere una telefonata in cui mi dicono per l'ennesima volta che non è colpa loro ma sono ancora in ritardo. Fosse stato un'ordine da 100€ non avrei neanche fatto la recensione, ma era da 3000€abbondanti. Dopo avermi fatto perdere 3-4 mesi il risultato è che mi rivolgerò altrove. Bad service.
