Purtroppo l'assistenza post-vendita è veramente scadente, a fronte di ripetute sollecitazioni per telefono e soprattutto via mail non si ricevono comunicazioni, se non tardivamente e in modo incompleto. Nonostante siano passati quasi 5 mesi dalla consegna dei mobili, in occasione della quale abbiamo segnalato un difetto sul comodino e la necessità di un tubo appendiabiti per l'armadio (danneggiato per errore in fase di montaggio), ad oggi non abbiamo ancora notizie. Questo tipo di assistenza è davvero esasperante. A conti fatti, non tornerò a rivolgermi in futuro allo stesso venditore, né tantomeno lo consiglierò. The store offers quality furniture and in the design phase the staff offers tasteful solutions suited to the customer's needs, and so far my experience is certainly positive. Unfortunately, after-sales assistance is really poor, in the face of repeated requests by telephone and above all by e-mail, no communications are received, if not late and incomplete. Although almost 5 months have passed since the delivery of the furniture, during which we reported a defect on the bedside table and the need for a hanger tube for the wardrobe (damaged by mistake during assembly), to date we still have no news. This kind of assistance is really maddening. On balance, I will not return to the same seller in the future, nor will I recommend it.

Non gestiscono il ritiro dell'usato da smaltire - se si rendono disponibili, pretendete l'inserimento della specifica voce nel preventivo (eviterete spiacevoli sorprese!) excellent products but bad organization; the delivery scheduled for 10:00 was made just before 13:00. They do not manage the collection of used items to be disposed of - if they become available, ask for the specific item to be included in the estimate (you will avoid unpleasant surprises!)

In fase di progettazione tutto è andato come si deve, in fase di montaggio mi hanno mandato un tizio, affiancato da un ragazzino, in lui più che la competenza predominava la premura, infatti la mia cucina è stata montata con tantissimi difetti, e francamente dopo €8000 credo che doveva predominare soltanto la perfezione. Per avere il montaggio completo della cucina sono dovuti venire in casa per ben 4 volte, hanno sbagliato la misura di un pannello, aspetto un mese per averlo della misura giusta e lo riportano sbagliato, via un altro mese. Hanno dimenticato a mandarmi una piastrina del lavello e mi hanno risposto che dopo 4mesi nn avevano come fare, ricordo sempre dopo aver speso 8000€ ?,per la precisione il Prezzo della piastrina era di 15€. Se hai bisogno di assistenza e chiami in negozio ti dicono che ti contattano quanto prima e poi puoi restare ad aspettare settimane intere fin quando richiamerai di nuovo tu. In conclusione riguardo la mia esperienza non posso che dirvi, STATENE ALLA LARGA I can only speak of a more than negative experience. During the design phase everything went as it should, during the assembly phase they sent me a guy, flanked by a little boy, in him more than the competence predominated the care, in fact my kitchen was assembled with many defects, and frankly after € 8000 I believe that only perfection had to predominate. To have the complete assembly of the kitchen they had to come to the house 4 times, they have the wrong size of a panel, I wait a month to get it the right size and they bring it back wrong, away another month. They forgot to send me a sink plate and they replied that after 4 months they didn't have what to do, I always remember after spending 8000 € ?, to be precise the price of the plate was 15 €. If you need assistance and call the store they tell you that they will contact you as soon as possible and then you can wait weeks until you call again. In conclusion about my experience I can only tell you, STAY AWAY
