★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amici, qui la scortesia è di casa. Belle piante senza dubbio ma a prezzi esorbitanti e un servizio clienti gelido e snervante. Bocciato non ci tornerò piu. Il cliente vuole essere coccolato e non sentirsi un peso.
 Friends, rudeness is at home here. Beautiful plants no doubt but at exorbitant prices and freezing and unnerving customer service. Failed I will not go back anymore. The customer wants to be pampered and not feel like a burden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato il giorno prima di una laurea un mazzo di fiori da regalare, ho scelto come fiore principale dei tulipani perché i preferiti della festeggiata, ad arricchire il mazzo il signor Salemi mi ha consigliato delle gerbere rosse, sarebbe stata una buona composizione se soltanto ci avessero messo un minimo impegno nel confezionarle ed abbellirla. Ho specificato che non mi interessava un mazzo grande ma qualcosa di piccolo ma ben decorato e mi era stato detto cito testuali parole "tranquillo non ti faccio fare brutta figura, in caso mettiamo delle spighe o la nebbiolina, delle foglie decorate", fidandomi ho lasciato fare a loro e ho lasciato ben due recapiti telefonici per farmeli consegnare in facoltà il giorno della laurea così da arrivare il più freschi possibile, ovviamente pagando la consegna. Questo è quello che mi è stato consegnato, anzi è stato lasciato in portineria senza neanche una chiamata. Comunque come si vede dalle foto sono stati presi i fiori annodati tra loro e basta, delusione più totale, nessun decoro. Sicuramente se cercate qualcosa di ricercato non è il posto che fa per voi, anche perché volendo discutere con il titolare sulla composizione sembrerebbe meglio lasciar fare a loro visto che si offendono facilmente, ma evidentemente non è così visto i risultati.
The day before graduation I ordered a bouquet of flowers to give as gifts, I chose tulips as the main flower because the favorite of the birthday girl, to enrich the bouquet Mr. Salemi recommended me red gerberas, it would have been a good composition if only there had put a minimum effort into making and embellishing it. I specified that I was not interested in a large bouquet but something small but well decorated and I was told I quote textual words "don't make me look bad, in case we put ears of corn or the mist, decorated leaves", trusting I left do to them and I left two telephone numbers to have them delivered to the faculty on graduation day so as to arrive as fresh as possible, obviously paying for the delivery. This is what I was given, or rather, it was left in the concierge desk without even a call. However, as you can see from the photos, the flowers knotted together have been taken and that's it, total disappointment, no decoration. Surely if you are looking for something sought after it is not the place for you, also because wanting to discuss with the owner about the composition it would seem better to let them do it since they are easily offended, but obviously the results are not so seen.

Ieri è stato un giorno meraviglioso che non dimenticherò mai, percorrere la navata circondata da fiori meravigliosi mi ha emozionato e regalato tanta pace. All uscita dalla chiesa c era il signor Salemi, felice di essere stato parte di questo giorno d amore, quasi a volerci rassicurare che tutto era trascorso meravigliosamente. What to say about the Salemi family? They are an example of courtesy and professionalism. On our wedding day, they adorned and decorated the church and our homes with elegance. Yesterday was a wonderful day that I will never forget, walking the aisle surrounded by wonderful flowers moved me and gave me so much peace. As he left the church, there was Mr. Salemi, happy to have been part of this day of love, as if to reassure us that everything had passed wonderfully.
