They are not professionals at all! I highly dissuade anyone who is looking for a professional and gentle service, from using their website and products. Quando poi ho fatto notare che ero ovviamente insoddisfatto del servizio offerto, mi hanno risposto con maleducazione e molta molta arroganza. Quasi non avessi pagato e mi avessero fatto un favore nell’elargire il servizio. Roba da pazzi! Invece di scusarsi aggrediscono. Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio commerciale a tutti coloro i quali cercano professionalità e rispetto prima, dopo e durante la transazione. They only delivered the flowers with the first three words of the greeting message I had written on their site. Then when I pointed out that I was obviously dissatisfied with the service offered, they replied with rudeness and very much arrogance. As if I hadn't paid and they had done me a favor in providing the service. Crazy stuff! Instead of apologizing, they attack. I strongly advise against this commercial service to all those who seek professionalism and respect before, after and during the transaction.
