Ho comperato un opera d'arte costosa per un importo comprensivo del trasporto con vettore scelto dal venditore. Mi ero raccomandato che venisse ben imballata ma nonostante le rassicurazioni per iscritto sulla bontà dell'imballo e la professionalità del trasportatore è arrivata rovinata. Non esisteva documento di trasporto per firmare con riserva, pertanto mi sono risvolto a Modernismo che ha declinato ogni responsabilità avendo consegnato l'opera integra al vettore (ripeto scelto da lui e appellato come professionale). Peccato che oltre a non avere nessun documento di trasporto, nessuna fattura dello stesso, il trasportatore opera con mezzo intestato ad altra persona e privo di assicurazione sulla merce trasportata. Assenza di professionalità e onestà. Traete voi le vostre conclusioni .
BE VERY CAREFUL
I bought an expensive work of art for an amount including transport with the carrier chosen by the seller. I had recommended that it be well packed but despite the reassurances in writing on the goodness of the packaging and the professionalism of the carrier it arrived ruined. There was no transport document to sign with reservation, so I turned to Modernism which declined any responsibility having delivered the work intact to the carrier (I repeat chosen by him and appealed as professional). Too bad that in addition to having no transport document, no invoice for the same, the transporter operates with a vehicle in the name of another person and without insurance on the goods transported. Lack of professionalism and honesty. Draw your own conclusions.
