Purtroppo avevo un problema con un bellissimo mobile della sala JESSE, acquistato da un altro venditore, che dopo 10 anni presentava un'anta completamente ingiallita che stonava terribilmente rispetto al resto della composizione di colore bianco lucido.... Probabilmente era un'anta uscita con un difetto di verniciatura (tra l'altro segnalo che a parte questo piccolo problema il mobile è splendido ed è praticamente uguale a quando lo ho acquistato a conferma dell'ottima qualità del mobile). Nonostante avessi acquistato il mobile in un altro negozio, con estrema cortesia e professionalità mi hanno accolto, hanno ascoltato il mio problema e hanno aperto immediatamente un canale di comunicazione con la Ditta JESSE per verificare misure, colore, interasse dei fori della maniglia e, in meno di un mese, avevo la mia anta nuova che, rimontata al posto di quella ingiallita, ha ridonato al mobile l'antico splendore. Davvero gentilissimi, estremamente cortesi e professionali. Inoltre hanno un bellissima esposizione che consiglio a tutti di visitare. Ringrazio di cuore la Sig.ra Stefania per aver gestito in tempi estremamente ristretti questo ordine e per avermi aiutato a risolvere il problema. Very kind and extremely courteous. Unfortunately I had a problem with a beautiful piece of furniture in the JESSE room, bought from another seller, which after 10 years had a completely yellowed door that was terribly out of place compared to the rest of the glossy white composition .... It was probably an exit door with a paint defect (among other things, I would like to point out that apart from this small problem, the furniture is splendid and is practically the same as when I bought it, confirming the excellent quality of the furniture). Although I had bought the piece of furniture in another shop, they welcomed me with extreme courtesy and professionalism, listened to my problem and immediately opened a communication channel with the JESSE company to check the measurements, color, distance between the holes of the handle and, in less than a month, I had my new door which, reassembled in place of the yellowed one, has restored the old splendor to the furniture. Really very kind, extremely courteous and professional. They also have a beautiful exhibition that I recommend everyone to visit. I sincerely thank Mrs. Stefania for handling this order in a very short time and for helping me to solve the problem.
