Per fortuna alla Ricci si sono dimostrati incompetenti e ladri (per non parlare del fatto che mi avrebbero consegnato la cucina dopo 3 mesi e mezzo!!!) e stanca dei soliti commerciali che vogliono solo vendere e poi offrire zero assistenza mi sono rivolta a Sabattini (perchè me ne hanno TUTTI parlato benissimo). Sono stati la mia salvezza!! Non solo mi hanno fatto un preventivo che stava nel mio budget, ma mi hanno anche dato una cucina dell'Aran STUPENDA e oltre le mie aspettative...e un'assistenza post-vendita mai vista prima. Si sono accertati che tutto fosse perfetto, e sono andati oltre quello che mi aspettavo, consigliando e aiutandomi in tutti gli aspetti (tra muratore, elettricista ecc). Sono stati davvero straordinari e soprattutto la mia cucina è assolutamente fantastica e ne sono stra felice! Not having a very high budget, I asked for quotes for a kitchen at various chains and I finally accepted one from Ricci Casa. Big mistake !!! Fortunately, Ricci proved to be incompetent and thieves (not to mention the fact that they would have given me the kitchen after 3 and a half months !!!) and tired of the usual salesmen who just want to sell and then offer zero assistance, I turned to Sabattini (because they have ALL talked to me very well). They were my salvation !! Not only did they give me a quote that was within my budget, but they also gave me AMAZING Aran cuisine and beyond my expectations ... and never-before-seen after-sales service. They made sure that everything was perfect, and went beyond what I expected, advising and helping me in all aspects (between bricklayer, electrician, etc.). They were truly extraordinary and above all my cooking is absolutely fantastic and I am very happy about it!
