Alle 12.15 trovo il numero di telefono di Arona garage 68 (orario di chiusura 12.30 ). Telefono e una signora gentilissima mi dice di passare per vedere cosa si può fare. Risultato: gomma riparata immediatamente! gratis! Che dire? grazie Arona Garage 68.
 I am a biker from Turin, and I was in the Arona area for a short vacation. On the day of my departure I had an unpleasant surprise in store: a puncture. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato telefonicamente la manutenzione ordinaria per l'auto di mia moglie, ricevendo contestualmente anche un preventivo chiaro e informazioni utili sulla necessità o meno di eseguire alcuni interventi, che sarebbero ovviamente stati valutati visionando l'auto.
Il giorno della manutenzione si sono dimostrati accoglienti, puntuali e anche in termini di costi hanno rispettato pienamente quanto stabilito. Anzi, dato che mia moglie è infermiera, hanno offerto gratuitamente (come loro prassi) l'igienizzazione ad ozono dell'abitacolo come ringraziamento per la professionalità degli operatori sanitari in questi tempi di Covid.
Nel report di intervento compaiono anche i suggerimenti per i prossimi interventi, come ad esempio cambiare le pastiglie dei freni tra "tot" chilometri.
Nel complesso, cinque stelle più che meritate, sicuramente tornerò.
I booked the routine maintenance for my wife's car by telephone, receiving at the same time a clear estimate and useful information on the need or not to perform some interventions, which would obviously have been evaluated by viewing the car.
On the day of maintenance they proved to be welcoming, punctual and also in terms of costs they fully respected what was established. Indeed, since my wife is a nurse, they offered free (as their practice) the ozone sanitation of the passenger compartment as a thank you for the professionalism of health workers in these times of Covid.
The intervention report also includes suggestions for future interventions, such as changing the brake pads between "tot" kilometers.
Overall, five stars more than you deserve, I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente sconsigliato per quanto riguarda la soluzione di qualsiasi problema riguardante il buon funzionamento di ciclomotori.
Ho speso parecchio senza che sia stata data soluzione reale ai problemi meccanici e di funzionamento dei motoveicoli.
Solamente quando li ho portati da altro meccanico finalmente i problemi sono stati risolti, pagando anche molto meno.
Sono stati gentili, niente da dire, ma la competenza e la perizia sono un'altra cosa, per non parlare dei costi.
Absolutely not recommended as regards the solution of any problem concerning the proper functioning of mopeds.
I spent a lot of money without a real solution being given to the mechanical and operating problems of motorcycles.
Only when I took them to another mechanic were the problems finally solved, even paying much less.
They were kind, nothing to say, but competence and expertise are another thing, not to mention the costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia moto in questa officina, dato che presentava un problema al freno posteriore, mi si era rotto il cavo della frizione e aveva anche un problema al faro stop posteriore.
Insomma, problemi risolvibili in due settimane peccato che ci abbiano messo più di tre mesi e non è finita qui.
Continuavo a chiamare, mi rispondevano che si sarebbero fatti sentire loro, non ho mai ricevuto nessuna chiamata.
Il giorno del ritiro ho pagato una cifra esagerata, comunque sono tornato a casa.
2 giorni dopo la moto mi muore, richiamato subito l'officina , mi hanno dato un numero a cui scrivere l'indirizzo di casa mia per venire a prendere la moto, non hanno avuto nemmeno l'educazione e professionalità di rispondere ai miei messaggi.
Il bello arriva adesso, portando ovviamente la moto subito da un altro meccanico perché ne avevo urgente necessità , costui mi dice che la pompa freno posteriore montata da Aronagarage non è originale, bensì una pompa cinese di amazon, andiamo a verificare insieme, e scopriamo che è vero.
Per cui mi hanno fatto pagare una pompa cinese spacciandola per originale ( questo dice già molto ), peccato che non me ne fossi accorto subito.
GIRATE A LARGO DA QUESTA OFFICINA.

2 days after the bike dies, I immediately called the workshop, they gave me a number to write the address of my home to come and get the bike, they did not even have the education and professionalism to reply to my messages.
The beauty comes now, obviously taking the bike immediately to another mechanic because I urgently needed it, he tells me that the rear brake pump mounted by Aronagarage is not original, but a Chinese amazon master cylinder, let's go and check together, and we discover that it is true.
So they charged me for a Chinese pump passing it off as original (this already says a lot), too bad I didn't notice it right away.
TURN AWAY FROM THIS WORKSHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bucato 2 gomme contemporaneamente. Sento midas e mi dicono porta la machina che abbiamo le gomme. Il carro attrezzi mi porta da midas e mi chiedono 460€ per 2 gomme (dopo 2 ore di attesa), quando in qualsiasi negozio gomme, costano 110€ a gomma. Non acetai e mi sono arrangiato diversamente. L’angoscia, la rabbia e il personale molto scortese mi spingono a scrivere due righe. Sconsigliatissimo.
