★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo problema: ho portato la mia macchina a fare il tagliando, cosa che da loro necessità di ben 8 ore dovendogli lasciare la macchina tutto il giorno. Alle ore 17 ho chiamato per sapere la situazione della mia macchina e si erano dimenticati di farmi il tagliando chiedendomi poi di riportargli la macchina il giorno dopo.
Secondo problema: ho riscontrato un difetto ad uno speaker, dopo la segnalazione mi hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato il ricambio dopo due giorni, non si sono fatti sentire per una settimana e dopo averli chiamati io mi hanno fissato l’appuntamento per la settimana dopo ancora. Dopo aver portato la macchina alle 8 del mattino per cambiare lo speaker mi è stato detto che alle 12 la macchina sarebbe stata pronta poiché era un lavoro da 10 minuti quello del cambio speaker. Bene, alle 12 chiamo per avvisare che stavo arrivando a ritirare la macchina, poiché anche io faccio gli stessi orari. Non mi hanno risposto al telefono ed in più una volta arrivato in officina scopro che se ne erano già andati tutti e avevano chiuso i cancelli.
Fortunatamente ho finito la garanzia e non sono più costretto a tornare in questa officina.

First problem: I took my car to have it serviced, which gives them a good 8 hours to leave the car all day. At 5 pm I called to find out the situation of my car and they forgot to get the service and then asked me to bring the car back the next day.
Second problem: I encountered a defect in a speaker, after the report they told me that the spare part would arrive after two days, they did not make themselves heard for a week and after calling them, they set an appointment for the next week . After taking the car at 8 in the morning to change the speaker I was told that at 12 the car would be ready as it was a 10 minute job to change the speaker. Well, at 12 I call to inform you that I was coming to collect the car, since I also do the same times. They did not answer the phone and in addition, once I arrived at the workshop I discovered that they had all already gone and had closed the gates.
Luckily I ran out of warranty and I don't have to go back to this workshop anymore.
