Ho comprato una vanga in lega leggera per provarla e mi è stato assicurato che fosse resistente anche ai terreni pesanti, cosa che invece non si è rivelata tale, come temevo; infatti dopo due vangate si è spezzata. Non mi aspettavo nessun cambio del prodotto, semmai di farlo presente e di comprare una vanga nuova più pesante. Morale della favola sono uscito deriso dalla venditrice che ha alluso anche al fatto che i professionisti agronomi, quale sono (lavoro in agricoltura intensiva), non capiscono niente di campagna e di "vera" agricoltura, e quindi di come si vanga. Mi aspettavo non fosse un prodotto adatto al mio terreno ma non volevo fare nessuna polemica e tanto meno essere trattato come un incompentente. Mi dispiace ma avete perso un cliente e i suoi contatti. I am sorry to give this negative review because I have always enjoyed it. Moral of the story I came out derided by the saleswoman who also alluded to the fact that professional agronomists, as they are (I work in intensive agriculture), do not understand anything about the countryside and "real" agriculture, and therefore about how to spade. I expected it was not a suitable product for my land but I did not want to make any controversy and much less be treated as incompetent. I'm sorry but you have lost a customer and his contacts.
