Io infatti mi sono affrettata dirigendomi alla cassa ma lei ha rincarato la dose dicendomi che era da un bel po' che stavo guardando le piante, ero arrivata da 20 minuti all'incirca , e di sicuro non si cronometra il tempo in cui un cliente si sofferma dentro al tuo negozio, rovinando così anche un momento in cui stavo scegliendo dei fiori per la festa della mia mamma. Cara signora deve imparare la gentilezza, perché così si perdono i clienti.
