Il posto non è molto grande ma si caratterizza per la qualità e per lo stile adottato dai proprietari. Quindi ambiente molto ricercato e stile elegante. Ottimo l impiego degli spazi e la dislocazione degli strumenti per il fitness Very nice fitness center. Present room with equipment and course rooms. La consiglio veramente SOLO a chi vuole allenarsi SERIAMENTE. E si vede che è la migliore dato che quest'anno gli iscritti sono aumentati di molto. It's two years that are with them, and I find it really good. They follow you and help you when you do not do the exercises well. Clean environment, friendly staff. The ONLY truly I recommend to anyone who wants to train SERIOUSLY. And you see that is the best because this year the numbers rose by much.

È presente sia una sala pesi pesi (suddivisa in area cardio, corpo libero, macchine e zona pesi) e una sala corsi. Da non sottovalutare la presenza di un ampio parcheggio esterno. Comfortable and well-equipped gym. The staff is friendly and always available. There is a weight room (divided into cardio area, free space, machines and weight area) and a training room. The presence of a large outdoor parking area should not be underestimated.

Le ampie vetrate che bordano la sala principale su due lati rendono l'interno molto luminoso e permettono di avere sempre un'ottima visuale sull'esterno, dove si gode di un ampio parcheggio gratuito. L'interno è arredato in stile minimal ma moderno, il che sinceramente mi piace molto. Tutti i locali sono puliti e muniti di impianto di condizionamento. La sala principale comprende l'area cardio, l'area pesistica e l'area macchine. In una seconda sala si svolgono numerosi corsi, tra i quali il les mills bodypump. Come palestra è ben attrezzata, ed ogni tanto il gestore porta nuove macchine e nuovi attrezzi, tant'è che ormai gli spazi risultano forse un po' stretti. Data la grande disponibilità in termini di orari (dalle 06:30 alle 22:00), io sconsiglio, per chi può, le ore serali dalle 17:00 alle 19:30, dove l'afflusso di gente è veramente eccessivo. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. All'interno, appena oltrepassata la reception, è possibile trovare un piacevole salottino che funge da punto ristoro. Gli spogliatoi sono puliti. L'unico problema, a mio avviso, è che lo spazio si sta rivelando insufficiente per il grande numero di iscritti, ma la consiglio comunque. Great location! The large windows that border the main room on two sides make the interior very bright and allow you to always have an excellent view of the exterior, where you can enjoy ample free parking. The interior is furnished in a minimal but modern style, which I really like very much. All rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning. The main room includes the cardio area, the weight area and the machine area. Numerous courses are held in a second room, including the les mills bodypump. As a gym it is well equipped, and every now and then the manager brings new machines and new tools, so much so that by now the spaces are perhaps a bit tight. Given the great availability in terms of schedules (from 06:30 to 22:00), I do not recommend, for those who can, the evening hours from 17:00 to 19:30, where the influx of people is really excessive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Inside, just past the reception, you can find a pleasant sitting area that serves as a refreshment point. The locker rooms are clean. The only problem, in my opinion, is that the space is proving insufficient for the large number of subscribers, but I recommend it anyway.

Il gestore e gli istruttori sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili e soprattutto ben preparati!! Personalmente una bellissima peculiarità è l'ampia vetrata che circonda la sala pesi creando un'estetica più spaziosa, fantastica durante i sudatissimi momenti cardio su tapirulan, cyclette, elittica ecc...il costo mensile è allineato al mercato ma con abbonamenti più lunghi come il semestrale il prezzo diventa davvero modico per il servizio!!! Well-equipped gym, well-kept and well organized in spaces and courses even today with the covid problem. The manager and the instructors are always smiling and helpful and above all well prepared !! Personally, a beautiful peculiarity is the large window that surrounds the weight room, creating a more spacious aesthetic, fantastic during the sweaty cardio moments on a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, etc. the half-yearly the price becomes very modest for the service !!!
