Per non parlare di Emanuele e Sabrina che ti sanno seguire, consigliare e spronare in base alle tue esigenze. Sono riusciti a creare veramente un bell'ambiente dove allenarsi e dare il meglio. Well done!
I was looking for a different workout that combined aerobics and weightlifting and crossfit is perfect! Not to mention Emanuele and Sabrina who know how to follow, advise and encourage you according to your needs. They managed to create a really nice environment to train and give their best. Well done!
