È frequentata e diventata dimora di senzatetto e sbandati oltre che purtroppo latrina a cielo aperto e, in alcuni casi, zona di aggressioni e furti. Sicuramente è un peccato, visto che è anche area di parcheggio per chi arriva in città - magari con bambini. Eppure l'Amministrazione, come in tanti altri casi, preferisce far finta di nulla e spostare l'attenzione su altro, piuttosto che risolvere il problema. Nonostante sia un area di parcheggio a pagamento, la pavimentazione si presenta sconnessa e mancante in vari punti, costituendo pericolo per pedoni e automobilisti. Surely it is a shame, since it is also a parking area for those arriving in the city - perhaps with children. Yet the Administration, as in so many other cases, prefers to ignore it and shift attention to something else, rather than solving the problem. Despite being a paid parking area, the pavement is bumpy and missing in various points, constituting a danger for pedestrians and motorists.

In tre anni e' la seconda volta che accedo a questo grande parcheggio e speravo fosse stato sistemato, mi sarei risparmiata la brutta cauta che ho fatto a causa del dissesto vergognoso della pavimentazione, con buche, parti mobili e disconnessioni. Inoltre parcheggio e' frequentato da vagabondi che dormono e bivaccano vicino agli ingressi dei tre palazzi confina ti che si trovano nella stessa area e si posizionano davanti ai parchimetri per cui ci puo' essere anche un problema di sicurezza e igienico. Nei palazzi sono presenti anche gli uffici della regione Lombardia . Complimenti al Comune di Monza e alla regione per il menefreghismo evidente riguardo questa vergognosa situazione. Ricordo che lo stesso spazio ospita un il giovedì il mercato ambulante e in quel giorno lo spazio per il parcheggio si riduce a meno di meta'.
