★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La costruzione di un fast food al posto di un vecchio capannone ha permesso di valorizzare l'area archeologica sottostante. La struttura è stata realizzata "a ponte" in modo da non danneggiare l'antica strada romana perfettamente conservata che si trova sotto di essa. Il pavimento del fast food è stato realizzato in lastre di cristallo in modo da poter ammirare gli scavi. L'accesso al piano sottostante avviene da una scala sul retro direttamente dal parcheggio ed è indipendente dal fast food. La strada romana è praticamente intatta e vi si possono osservare anche delle sepolture di epoche successive, che andrebbero maggiormente protette visto che i visitatori ci camminano praticamente sopra. Il tratto della medesima strada che si trova sull'altro lato dell'appia moderna, dopo essere stato riportato alla luce, è stato completamente abbandonato e ridotto a una discarica. Tipico esempio in cui solo l'intervento di un privato riesce a valorizzare un sito archeologico.
 The construction of a fast food instead of an old shed has enhanced the archaeological area below. The structure was built "bridge" so as not to damage the perfectly preserved ancient Roman road that is located below it. The fast food floor was made of crystal plates so as to be able to see the excavations. Access to the floor below is from a staircase at the back straight from the car park and is independent from fast food. The Roman road is practically intact and you can also see burials from later periods, which should be better protected as visitors walk practically on it. The stretch of the same road that is on the other side of the modern apartment, after being brought to light, has been completely abandoned and reduced to a landfill. Typical example where only the intervention of a private manages to exploit an archaeological site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaugurato nel febbraio 2017, il sito nasce dalla proficua sinergia tra pubblico e privato: sotto il ristorante Mc Donald's, che ha finanziato i lavori, si trova, splendidamente recuparato, un tratto di una strada secondaria rispetto alla Via Appia. L'accesso, indipendente dal ristorante, consente di percorrere un tratto di basolato di circa 50 metri ai lati del quale si osservano tre sepolture con tanto di scheletri in perfette condizioni. Pannelli esplicativi illustrano il contesto e la passeggiata rappresenta un'esperienza consigliatissima a chi si trova in zona
Inaugurated in February 2017, the site was born from the fruitful synergy between public and private: under the Mc Donald's restaurant, which financed the works, there is a splendidly restored section of a secondary road compared to the Via Appia. The access, independent from the restaurant, allows you to walk a stretch of paving of about 50 meters on the sides of which there are three burials with skeletons in perfect condition. Explanatory panels illustrate the context and the walk is a highly recommended experience for those in the area
