★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante area archeologica dove è possibile ammirare alcune tombe messapiche. Molto bello il paesaggio circostante, quasi collinare, caratterizzato da macchia mediterranea e vigneti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si possono ammirare i resti dell' antica civiltà messapica con le antiche tombe, in qualche punto sembrerebbero resti di mura con massi megalitici. Consigliato per passeggiate a piedi o in bici con bei percorsi mtb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendo per gli amanti della archeologia. Zona sottoposta a vincolo archeologico. Da visitare nel massimo rispetto senza asportare alcunché. Di notevole interesse l'Acropoli delimitata da una cinta muraria quadrata.
Wonderful for archeology lovers. Area subjected to archaeological restrictions. To be visited with the utmost respect without removing anything. Of particular interest is the Acropolis delimited by a square wall.

Perfetto per una rilassante passeggiata in campagna.
Immerso tra macchia mediterranea e vigneti curati come giardini.
Peccato che in alcuni punti sia stata interessata dallo scarico di inerti e spazzatura!

Abitato dal VI al III a.C., poi abbandonato forse perchè messo fuori dalle rotte commerciali e vie di comunicazione romane, maggiormente frequentate, come l'asse Brindisi-Taranto. Andrebbe sicuramente valorizzato per l'importanza storica. Pochi ne conoscono addirittura l'esistenza.

Auch die steintröge was grabstätten sind, sind schon sehr verwittert
Jedoch hat der Ort ein magisches Wesen und man kann gut spazieren gehen
