Ascoltate le lamentele di chi e' dietro il pannello sul fato di dover registrare tutti quei dati (anche di quaranta persone al giorno!). Sul sito non è scritto che devi prenotare ma ci sono solo gli orari in cui si può portare i campioni x gli esami. E non si riesce a telefonate x prenotare. Vergognatevi Thieves. Without any reason if you do not have an appointment they do not accept the referral and charge for the exam privately. Non-sampling sample examination. On the site it is not written that you have to book but there are only the times in which you can bring the samples for the exams. And you can't make phone calls to book. Shame on you

Infermiera molto cordiale che ha indossato tutte le protezioni necessarie e guanti puliti. Anche gli ambienti era puliti. Nulla di cui mi possa lamentare. My experience in this center has been positive. I went for a quick swab. Very friendly nurse who wore all necessary protective gear and clean gloves. The rooms were also clean. Nothing I can complain about.

Negli ultimi mesi ho avuto bisogno di fare molti esami del sangue e ho tentato più volte di prenotare in questa struttura che è la più vicina a casa mia, ma su cinque volte solo una sono riuscita a prenotare e usufruire del servizio, per il quale, devo dire, non ho avuto di che lamentarmi, ed è il motivo per cui le stelle sono due e non una. The booking service is totally inefficient, it is not possible to book online, and taking the line is almost impossible (after less than two minutes of waiting the call is interrupted). In the last few months I have needed to do a lot of blood tests and I have tried several times to book in this structure which is the closest to my home, but out of five times only one was able to book and use the service, for which, I must say, I have not had anything to complain about, and it is the reason why the stars are two and not one.

Dimostrano un totale disprezzo verso la clientela. Non mi sembra un comportamento corretto visto che parliamo di salute. Adesso tutti i problemi e la cattiva gestione vengono giustificati da molte aziende "causa pandemia".
