Ho però incontrato da parte del medico un'attenzione al paziente che avrei criticato anche ad un medico di base, nonché una negligenza generalizzata in tutta la sua prestazione professionale. In questo caso pensavo di fare la scelta giusta nel rivolgermi ad un centro specializzato e con un target medio alto.. mi sono sbagliato di grosso.
Very nice place, pleasant and helpful staff. However, I encountered on the part of the doctor an attention to the patient that I would have criticized even to a general practitioner, as well as a generalized negligence in all his professional performance. In this case I thought I was making the right choice in contacting a specialized center with a medium-high target .. I was very wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un intervento di blefaroplastica inferiore un po' di tempo fa presso Villa Medea e spero di procedere quanto prima con mastoplastica additiva. Ho scelto e sceglierò sempre il dottore Zorzetto come garante di etica medica. Sin dalla prima visita ho apprezzato la sua capacità di empatizzare col paziente stimolando dubbi e domande e conducendomi all'intervento consapevole dei vari passaggi intra e post operatori. Mi ha seguita con estrema serietà e professionalità dal principio alla fine accorciando distanze (vivo a Messina) attraverso una disponibilità telefonica sempre immediata ed esaustiva. Risultato dell'intervento eccezionale e scontato con un Maestro in grado di disegnare le giuste premesse che garantiscono il successo promesso e tanto desiderato. Grazie dottore Zorzetto
I underwent a lower blepharoplasty some time ago at Villa Medea and I hope to proceed with breast augmentation as soon as possible. I have chosen and will always choose doctor Zorzetto as guarantor of medical ethics. From the first visit I appreciated his ability to empathize with the patient by stimulating doubts and questions and leading me to the conscious intervention of the various intra and post-operative steps. He followed me with extreme seriousness and professionalism from beginning to end, shortening distances (I live in Messina) through an always immediate and exhaustive telephone availability. Result of the exceptional and obvious intervention with a Master able to draw the right premises that guarantee the promised and much desired success. Thanks doctor Zorzetto
